Baking and Beyond

Baking and Beyond was founded the summer of 2011 by Marianne Saussy and her good friend, Joni Soto. Classes are held after school and on weekends.

They taught summer baking and craft workshops to pre-teens and teens. These workshops were so popular that a fall schedule was put in place, and adult classes were added. Our cozy kitchen studio is on 11th Street in Manhattan Beach, located walking distance from Manhattan Beach Middle School. We invite you to come and learn the skills and joys of home baking. Our motto, "Home Economics is Back!"
