St. Mary’s most cherished traditions — the 8th Grade Clap Out. 👏🎓

As our graduates walked the halls one final time, surrounded by cheers, applause, and the support of our entire school community, it was a moment filled with pride, joy, and a few tears. From the youngest to their teachers, everyone came together to celebrate the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished.

Mrs. Kemp and Mrs. Tripi took off for the day and handed over the reins to our Principal of the Day, Luke, and Assistant Principal of the Day, Patrick! 👔📚✨

From welcoming students first thing in the morning, to attending meetings, leading assemblies, enjoying some break time in the commons with ping pong, and visiting classrooms — these two put in a full day of leadership!

St. Mary’s was in great hands! Great job, Luke and Patrick! 👏💙

Our students had an amazing time meeting one of New York’s favorite mascots, sharing smiles, high-fives, and lots of school spirit! From the classroom to the hallways, excitement was in the air as Mr. Met helped make the day extra memorable.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible PTO for organizing a fun-filled End-of-the-Year Carnival for our students from Cherubs through 8th Grade! From games and activities to laughter and smiles all around, it was the perfect way to kick off summer fun. ☀️🎡

And to make the day even sweeter, the ice cream truck stopped by for a special treat! 🍦😋

We are so grateful for our PTO and all the volunteers who helped make this memorable day possible for our students. What a wonderful celebration of another successful year at St. Mary’s! 💙

Join us as we continue celebrating 100 years of faith, community, and tradition with our 100th Anniversary Alumni Basketball Tournament & Tailgate!

Whether you’re ready to hit the court or cheer from the sidelines, this special evening is for everyone! Gather your friends and register as a 3-person team for our co-ed 3v3 tournament, or simply come enjoy the tailgate, competition, and fellowship. All skill levels are welcome!

This event is open to alumni, parishioners, families, and children of all ages. No alcohol will be served during the tournament or tailgate.

As we conclude our year of “Called,” St. Mary’s Elementary was blessed to participate in the “Called to Adore” program. ✨

This special opportunity brought a Holy Hour to our school day, allowing students and faculty to spend time in prayer and adoration before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The beautiful monstrance used for this program was made possible through the generosity of our Diocese of Rockville Centre Catholic school community.

Earlier this week, we were honored to use this same monstrance during our Corpus Christi procession, and throughout the day, every class was invited to visit Jesus in our chapel.

What a meaningful way to end our year—answering the call to pause, pray, and adore. ❤️🙏
