Updated dates on the Hot Springs Arkansas Retreat. Now happening October 9-13, 2026.
We listened when you said that it was too hot to go digging for crystals in the heat of summer. We have updated the event to October. It is recommended that you register early (even make smaller payments over time, if you wish), to ensure that you have the best experience. There are a couple of select times for booking a personal spa treatment at one of the amazing bathhouses in the area. Check the itinerary for available times, which you will receive after registration.

This event will be a little different that the usual yoga retreats.
The itinerary is full! We will tour SEVERAL historic homes, mansions and gardens. We will enjoy wine, craft beer, and fine dining. Of course, we will practice yoga each day. We have rented an 1835 Antebellum home that is walking distance to the Mississippi River, downtown attractions and restaurants.
Let us know if you have any questions. $249 deposit holds your spot. Total cost is $777 per person (or save $108 and share a bed with a buddy, each person needs to register and pay a deposit). You will be invoiced for the remaining amount, due by Jan 30th.
