We will be closed again, Wednesday, due to hazardous weather conditions. Class will resume Thursday. Looking ahead, if St Tammany Parish Schools have to close, I will have to cease operations as well. I hope to see everyone Thursday!

Hi parents and therapy team!
We will be closed tomorrow per notification of below freezing temperatures lasting thru 11:00am and hazardous driving conditions. We want to encourage parents to avoid the roadways during these hazardous conditions if possible.
We are closing as advised by our school and parish leaders. Once I have the approval to resume daycare operations, we will reopen. If there are no hazardous conditions, class will resume on Wednesday morning, regular hours.

For privacy reasons, I will not be posting publicly the days that I will be closed for personal days/ vacations and/or holidays. A post was made last week with information. Hi everyone! The State sent all licensed providers this notification yesterday. We are not one of the parishes that are a part of this federal disaster declaration, but it’s good to be aware of what’s happening with some of our neighbors. If you have any friends or relatives who have a child in a childcare facility in one of the parishes listed, you can invite them to visit LouisianaBelieves.com for updates and more information. ❤️❤️❤️Hey y’all!❤️❤️❤️ I hope my little sweetie pies are having a great weekend!! As a reminder, I am closed Monday for Labor Day. Please be sure tuition payments are made by 11:00am Monday so that I can place the grocery order per usual. I also want to take this time to thank y’all for always making timely payments, I’m so thankful we were able to avoid a tuition increase this year. I always strive to charge only what is absolutely needed to pay for groceries, supplies, licensing fees/trainings, and taxes (Boooooooooooooo 👎🏼 😂) at the end of the year. The participation from everyone with the monthly wishlists definitely helps take the sting away from the tax bill, tho!! 🥰 🧡Goldfish, string cheese, marshmallows, water and apple juice 🍎 are some of the items that would be GREATLY appreciated this month! I hope everyone has an amazing weekend!!!

Thank you all for making your registration payments. 😀 Our new curriculum will be coming in next week! I’m so excited! It’s going to 🐝 be a great school year! 🍎

Looking ahead: I will be closed Monday, September 4th for Labor Day. Full tuition is due. This will be my 1st of 5 paid holidays for this school year. ❤️

If you’d like to note the next paid holidays, they are as follows:
11/23 - Thanksgiving
1/1 - New Years Day
2/13 - Mardi Gras
3/29 - Good Friday

You may want to also note a few other closings that are currently planned. Payment is NOT required for these closings:
12/25 - 12/29 Christmas Break
2/12 - Lundi Gras (keep in mind that this is the week that we typically go to Disney, so I may close the entire week, we don’t have anything set in stone yet, but I’ll keep everyone posted once it gets a little closer)

Depending on playoffs with football season approaching, there may be a Friday in November where I have to close at 4, I’ll keep everyone updated when that week arrives and we have a better idea of how far Jacob will have to travel that day. ⭐️ Please be sure to pick your children up at your earliest convenience on Fridays during football season. 🏈 Thank you!!

🍎 🍏 Back to School 🍏 🍎

See back to school supply list below! Here are some important reminders…

🍎 It’s that time! If you’d like to officially place your child on the list for the 2023-2024 school year, please send their yearly registration payment of $100 by August 10th to add them. If you’d like to divide your payment into two payments, that is fine as well! You can break it up however you’d like, just please make a note on your payment. I have a few students who have either started this year or already paid, registration fees are already covered for children with the following initials:

🍏B.G.

🍎 There are only a few changes that were incorporated into this school years contract.

- drop off times are 7:15-8:45 , our first therapy session begins at 9, so I need all kiddos that are attending for the day to be dropped off by 8:45 at the latest to give me time for therapy set-up.

- no overalls for any ages ; no one-piece outfits that must be completely removed for diaper changes ; easy slip on, stretch waisted shorts or pants for children who are potty training

- until child has went 2 weeks with no accidents, pull-ups must have detachable sides that are easy to remove without having to take shoes and bottoms off to change diaper

- skinny jeans were created by the devil, only send your kid to me in skinny jeans if you absolutely hate me 😜

🏃‍♀️ I need to speed up diaper changing times, specific clothing styles severely slow down the process.

- tuition is due on Mondays by 10:00am, so that our grocery order can be made during nap time, if you haven’t made your payment by then, I’ll send a request thru Venmo before I begin to place the order, which is usually around 1:00pm.

🍏 Back to School Supplies 🍎

Please provide the following by August 10th

1 Spray can of Lysol
2 boxes of Kleenex
2 rolls of paper towels
1 box of gallon size zip-lock bags
1 box of sandwich (or quart) zip lock bags

All other items such as crayons, markers, construction paper, glue, pencils and safety scissors are included in the registration payment, but if you’d like to supply any extra, feel free to!
