Little Flower is looking for substitute caregivers to fill in when the regularly scheduled staff needs off. It is the perfect job for someone who is retired or stays at home and is looking for occasional hours here or for someone who wants to pick up some extra money on their time off from their regular job.

We make a list of shifts that need to be covered, and you decide if you want to pick up any of the shifts or not. We have substitutes that pick up shifts from 45 minutes up to 10-hour shifts, which you also get to pick how long of a shift you want/can handle.

Qualifications
*Be between the ages of 14 & 114 years (as long as you love kids and can handle helping out as needed, we have a job for you)

*Must be willing to take a 15-hour childcare training, 1-hour safe sleep training, and a 1-hour mandated reporter training within 3 months of hire, all online courses, free of charge. You will need to take additional training each year after the first year, depending on the hours you work each year.

*Must be willing to take Pediatric CPR & First Aid in the first 3 months of employment and every couple of years.

*Must love and treat all children fairly (we work with 2-week-olds to 12-year-olds).

*Must be willing to get fingerprinted and pass a background check before starting.

Little Flower is looking for a full-time or 1-2 part-time employees.

Shifts can be flexible as long as we have 8-8:45, 10-11 & 3-4 covered. We are also flexible if you need off when school is not in session, as I have school-aged kids who will gladly pick up shifts in the summer and on no school days.

We are also looking for substitute caregivers to fill in when the full-time and part-time staff need time off.

Little Flower is looking for a full-time employee working 8-4:30 Monday-Friday (Summer schedule is very flexible if you need to switch hours or need off as we have school-age children that can work summers & no school days).
We are also looking for substitute caregivers to fill in when the full-time and part-time staff need time off.

*Substitute Caregiver must be willing to come in on short notice some days . (Planned days off are asked in advance; sicknesses are usually the reason we need staff to fill in a short notice.) Little Flower is looking to hire a full-time provider who loves working with children 0-12 years old. We mainly have 0-5 year olds during the school day, with the older children coming before & after school and on no school days.

We need someone to start on or before January 5th, 2026. Looking for someone to work 8-4 Monday through Friday. I am also willing to split the shift if the right two people come along.

We are also in need of backup caregivers when the regular staff are off. You choose if you can/want to work when someone needs a day off.
