Hello all.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to all Campers who made Camp Necon 45 an unqualified success. It was an amazing weekend thanks to all of you!

So, same time next year? Call this a "soft open," but registration for Camp Necon 45 is NOW OPEN at http://campnecon.com/registration/. Please note, this is the only page of the website that has been updated for next year thus far; the rest of the website will follow suit tomorrow and a full and proper announcement will be sent on Wednesday.

Camp Necon 44: Final Chairperson's Letter P.S.

Remember how I wrote that this morning's mass-email would be our last before Camp Necon 44? I should really learn to stop saying that. But this is GOOD news that I'm thrilled to share!

Thirty minutes after sending out our Final Letter from the Chairperson, I received the following email from Esther Reed, the Head of Food Services at St. Anselm —

"Due to the amount of guests that are in need of specialty meals due to allergies or preferences, we are going to open our "Clarity (Allergen Free) Station" for all of your guests needing special meals to go to and they will be provided a meal from the attendant at that station. This is our farthest station from the door next to the coffee machines, and it will be labeled on the TV that this is our allergen station. Please direct any guests who are in need of special meals to report to this station when they arrive for meals to be taken care of. This will ensure they can dine with confidence and assist us with serving them quickly and accurately."

As such, much of section 7 of our earlier email, "Dietary Needs & Alternative Meal Options," is now obsolete. Campers will no longer need to ask the Food Services Staff for alternative options; rather, simply go to the "Clarity (Allergen Free) Station" and you will be accommodated.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Esther, her staff, and the entire team at St. Anselm. They truly bend over backwards at every turn to take care of us, and I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate them and their partnership with our convention.
