Parkway Southwest Middle School welcomes comments on its PTO page as a means of sharing experiences, making suggestions or chiming in on educational issues or conversations. Fan comments provide value in that they promote conversation and two-way communication between the school district and the community we serve. Parkway staff will not edit fan comments. However, to ensure exchanges are

informative and respectful of diverse viewpoints, staff may remove comments that are off-topic or unrelated to the Parkway School District. Other comments that will be removed include:

SPAM; Comments focused on selling a product or service; Personal attacks (disagreements are fine, but fans should refrain from engaging in personal attacks or being disrespectful of others); and Language (comments including but not limited to: profane or provocative language; hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or derogatory content; threats; obscene or sexually explicit language will be removed). In the event a comment is removed, the communications department will notify the fan who posted it and remind her/him of these guidelines. Fans who violate them a second time will be blocked from Parkway’s page and may be reported to Facebook.

Parents—this is your friendly reminder that time is almost up to snag a spot for our Holiday Parents’ Night Out fundraiser! 🎁

This Friday, 12/19 from 6–9 PM at Parkway Southwest Middle School, local Girl Scout troop 1817 will be babysitting elementary-aged students so you can enjoy a well-deserved night out. 💫

Join us for a relaxed Saturday morning at Southwest Middle School’s PJ’s & Pancakes — where breakfast meets community spirit! Come in your comfiest pajamas and enjoy pancakes, coffee, crafts, games, and more.

We’re collecting non-perishable food items for the Parkway Pantry, which provides vital support to families right here in our Parkway community. As we head into the holiday season, it’s the perfect time to enjoy your pancakes with a side of community support. ❤️
