That’s a wrap on the 2026 season ❤️🖤🐾
Incredibly proud of the effort, growth, and fight this team showed all summer long. 2026 was a season full of memorable moments, and plenty of Panthers put together outstanding campaigns. Here’s a look at some of the numbers:
⚾ Bob Taylor
• SPL leader with 39 hits
• 5th in the SPL with a .386 batting average
• 6th in the SPL with 7 doubles
• Team leader with 14 RBI
⚾ Joey Bodmer
• 3rd in the SPL with 3 HRs at the plate
• Recorded a 2.21 ERA while leading the SPL with 57 IP and a 3-2 record, was 2nd in the SPL with 3 Saves
• 4th in the SPL with 55 strikeouts
⚾ Andrew Caccamisi
• Team leader in batting average (.418), OBP (.508) and OPS (1.071)
• 6th in the SPL with 7 doubles
• 12 runs scored
• 9/10 on stolen base attempts
⚾ Ben Coleman
• 7th in the SPL with a 9.1 K/7
• 36 strikeouts in 28 innings
• Hit .321 with a triple and 7 runs scored
👏 We’d also like to recognize our SPL rookies for their contributions this season:
Ben Coleman, Tyler Vonella, Devin Ryan, and Jacob Frank.
Other notable performances:
• Ethan Brathuhn collected 26 hits, batted .333, and led the team with 16 runs scored.
• Kevin Burnham hit .360, finishing 3rd on the team in batting average while posting a .484 OBP and .904 OPS.
• Evan Paul was a Sunday starter, making 8 starts on the mound, with a 3.87 ERA, striking out 35 batters in 43 innings.
• Spencer Monroe helped round the Panthers rotation as well, holding a 2.53 ERA across 6 starts, striking out 36 batters in 38 innings. Also recorded a 1.26 WHIP holding opposing hitters to a .245 BAA.
• Christian Zito drove in 10 runs, finishing 3rd on the team in RBI while hitting .280.
• Devin Ryan hit .296 with 8 runs scored, 8 walks, and 3 stolen bases.
• Brady Brathuhn was hit by a team-high 9 pitches, constantly finding ways to get on base.
Most importantly, thank you to our coaches, Zach Stricker and Kerry Bodmer, for the countless hours, dedication, and leadership they poured into this team all season.
