For two decades, we've had the privilege of witnessing incredible moments of growth, resilience, confidence, and joy through music therapy. Watch our music therapy faculty and Spc. Lyle Shaw, guitarist with the 39th Army Band, 54th Troop Command, New Hampshire Army National Guard, deliver an unforgettable performance of Prince's Purple Rain at the iconic Hampton Beach Seashell Stage on July 3rd, 2026.

As part of the 2026 Hampton Beach Summer Concert Series, the 39th Army Band performed for thousands of soldiers, recruits, families, and community members, celebrating America's 250th Independence Day Anniversary with a dynamic program featuring jazz, pop, and rock favorites.

At Manchester Community Music School, we're incredibly proud to have Lyle on our team and welcome him back after completing Army Basic Combat Training and the U.S. Army School of Music.

At MCMS, Lyle leads our Band Practice program and provides individual music therapy services, continuing his commitment to serving others through music, both in uniform and in our community.
