Hey Everyone! As you begin to get ready for classes, there is an event on Friday we think you should check out! Please zoom in for a Virtual Pongal/Sankranti Celebration on Friday, 1/15 at 1:00 pm on Zoom.
UNH Graduate Students Kasi Poppoppu (Manchester), Annasamy Chandrakala (Durham) and others will be discussing this festival celebration in India. Participants will be treated to a virtual kite making workshop, Rangoli display and potluck. All are welcome and encouraged to participate by sharing their own traditions and favorite family recipes.
