Pivot ≠ quitting

Action creates clarity, so celebrate that you keep going because the only way to figure it out is one step at a time 🫶🏻

When you’re stuck in overwhelm/overthinking it’s typically a sign that you’re in survival mode.

Your body is tense, stressed out, and tired AFFF

Survival mode is meant to be a short term state to get you to safety and then go back to rest again.

The issue is that now a days most people are running around in survival mode.. ALL day.

Add in the lack of quality sleep, over caffeinating, not drinking enough water, lack of sunlight, constantly being tied to technology… I could go on forever, it’s no wonder you’re having a hard time connecting back to yourself.

Your body is craving nourishment. REAL nourishment. Rest without the guilt. Nutrient dense food. Sunlight and fresh air. MOVEMENT. Water & hydration. Laughter. Playfulness.

Once you give your body what it’s craving, you’ll think clearer, have more energy & creativity.

Then you can problem solve.

ask better questions, find better answers.

Prioritize your needs, especially when it feels impossible to do so, you’ll thank yourself I promise 🫶🏻

I felt like I was on a never ending hamster wheel of repeating patterns. No matter how hard I tried, how hard I worked.. I ended up back in the same place.

To get different results, I had to try something different.

so I committed the past two and a half years to doing deep inner subconscious work.

Not because there was anything "wrong" with me or I needed to be fixed..

but because I knew there was more to life than being burnt out, stressed, and reactive.

I knew a life full of inner peace, fun, confidence and stability was possible.

I had been in the self development/ mindset world for 10 years but there had to be something I hadn't tried yet..

something that would help me heal and transform instead of just managing and getting by.

That’s where inner child healing & hypnosis came in.

I was ready to live a life that radiates happiness + love, where I can trust in my intuition, & feel confident in myself

Maybe you can relate?

Here’s what I learned:
💭Our subconscious controls about 95% of our day to day life. And our subconscious’s job is literally to keep us alive. It’s running off old programming we learned growing up (0-7 is the most impactful) and most of those patterns don’t serve us anymore.

We need to work with our subconscious if we want to create the reality we desire, instead of working against it.

Maybe you’ve been doing self development- reading the books, writing the affirmations, maybe you even do talk therapy.. yet, you’re not seeing the lasting change and transformation you’ve been desiring.

You’re just going in circles.

It doesn’t have to be that way

You don’t have to do years and years of work to see and feel the changes from hypnosis.

I can assure you if you’re open to it, subconscious work will connect you to your truest self & help you discover what a life of fulfillment feels like💓

Two and a half years ago I began my inner child healing journey and my life has never been the same😌

I have been introduced to other modalities like hypnosis, mindfulness, and somatics because I decided to be open to different forms of healing.

It has completely changed the way I show up in my relationships and in babysitting. I am more present with the kiddos, I have more patience and understanding

and.. I am having SO. MUCH. FUN.🎉

It turns out that healing became my super power, in that it helped me with ALL the behind the scenes things people don’t talk about.

I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my triggers.

I gained tools to navigate stress and overwhelm to stay grounded in the moment.

I released the need for complete control (lets be serious this will always be a work in progress for me.. but damn have I come a long way)

And most importantly, I discovered who I truly was at my core

my confidence and intuition got louder + clearer

I trust the decisions I make, and how I handle stressful situations.

I show up with compassion & grace instead of judgement and anger.

I feel my emotions, and am able to handle the kiddos feeling theirs, instead of encouraging them to brush them off and “toughen up”🫣

and repeat, the expansion continues.

I never could have known when I began healing intentionally that it was the missing piece, that it was the thing that would allow me to look in the mirror, and be proud of the person I am and how I show up.

But now it’s undeniable.. and I’m not gatekeeping the process✨

Big things are coming soon and I’m ecstatic to share! keep your eyes on this space fam…

Inner child healing gave me perspective that no other modality could.

I remember being in therapy and my therapist asking me about my childhood and I would *eye roll* every damn time because I had a really good childhood and I couldn’t fathom how it could possibly be tied to my current anxiety.

But- I decided to have an open mind, and thats when my world began to shift

I realized that the way I was feeling now wasn’t actually because of what was happening in front of me, but rather the build up of MANY moments until that point.

My stress was coming from a lack of resources and tools to process and deal with my emotions.

I had the mentality of being strong, pushing through, and doing whatever it takes, at whatever cost.

Not realizing how dentrimental this was to my mental health (and physical health)

I would stress eat, snap at people, and raise my voice- alot… just to be left with guilt and shame over how I responded and no idea how to change.

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore and things had to change.. but I was trapped in these repeating patterns that I couldn't shake. The truth was I felt stuck… with no idea where to start.

Thats where inner child healing came in..

now I am so happy to say after committing to the work, ALL of the above changed.

I am confident in my ability to handle stress (because lets be serious.. being with kiddos all day is stressful😅) I have tools to bring myself back to the present moment and work through my emotions in real time. Allowing me to connect with the people around me and leave situations feeling proud and confident in how I responded.

I am constantly getting comments like “I dont know how you handle it all” and the truth is..it wasn’t always this way, I have expanded my capacity over time, with intentional healing and tools

With that said, something really big is coming so soon that I am BEYOND excited to share with you! Stay tuned…👀👀
