Dumbbell bench press, start to finish. 🏋🏽‍♂️
Most guys mess this up before the first rep even happens.
✅ Get the weights with your legs, not your back
✅ Kick them up to your shoulders — don’t reach back and hunt for them
✅ Elbows at 45–60°, not flared out to the side
✅ Butt, back, and head stay on the bench
✅ Feet underneath your knees
✅ Control it up. Control it down. 8 clean reps.
The weight doesn’t impress anybody. The control does.
Save this for your next chest day. 👊🏽
