✨ Get to Know MZCS: The MZ Ways! ✨
Who we are as a school is about more than what happens in the classroom—it’s about how we learn, serve, grow, and live in commUNITY together. 💙💛
The MZ Ways are five statements that help define our culture and the expectations we have for ourselves and one another. These aren’t just words on a wall—they’re part of what it means to be a Mount Zion Lion! 🦁

Mrs. Simoneau is passionate about building relationships with our families and serving wherever she is needed—whether that means weeding in the summer, spreading mulch, painting, or simply lending a hand around the school! 🪴🎨
Don’t worry—you’ll still see Mrs. Simoneau taking photos around the school 📸, running our social media, and reading with students in the LION-Brary! 📚 Now, she’ll also have the opportunity to work more closely with our parents and families as we come together to serve and strengthen our commUNITY. 🦁💙💛

Sarina is so excited to officially join the Mount Zion staff as the new Event Coordinator. She and her husband Dan live in Nashua with their two daughters, who will be entering 4th and 2nd grade this fall. Her family has been an active part of the Mount Zion community through volunteering over the years. Many families will recognize Sarina from the colorful murals she has painted throughout the school, including a new mural currently in progress for the 4th-grade space.

Same Heart. New Role. 💙💛
Marcia Therrien: Admissions Director
Being able to introduce new families to the close-knit, academically challenging environment of MZCS is what Marcia loves most about her job. As a grandparent to three of our current students, she has long been acquainted with the nurturing culture here and eagerly came onboard last year when an opportunity arose. Watching students learn while growing in their faith is one aspect she embraces most about MZCS. Leaving the front office work behind, she's excited to focus her attention on the Admissions role in the future.
Marcia and her husband, Ken (also a MZCS staffer) reside in Litchfield where they help direct workcampNE, a non-profit Christian organization that seeks to grow students’ faith through free home repairs to families in need. Being around like-minded people who love to serve is her joy. Serving as a youth group sponsor, working with teens every summer and working at MZCS is the perfect fit for her!
