The NH Food Bank Mobile Food Pantry is coming to Manchester on Friday, June 26, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. (while supplies last) at Comcast, 676 Island Pond Road.
This drive-thru food distribution event is open to all individuals and families. No proof of residency or income is required. Food will be distributed directly to vehicles while supplies last.

Today we recognize the skilled technicians who keep our homes, businesses, and communities comfortable year-round. At MCC, our HVAC program prepares students for in-demand careers through hands-on training in heating, ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Students also have opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and gain valuable experience that can lead directly to the workforce. Train for an In-Demand Healthcare Career This Summer!
The Workforce Development Center at Manchester Community College is currently accepting applications for the Phlebotomy Technician Certificate Program beginning July 7.
In this accelerated 4-week program, you'll learn the skills needed to collect blood specimens, prepare samples for testing, and work as an important member of a healthcare team. Upon successful completion, you'll be eligible to sit for the National Health career Association (NHA) Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam.

Two recent MCC grads organized a Bloomsday Celebration at the Dublin Public Library in Dublin, NH. A gathering of MCC faculty, students, community members, and family enjoyed live Irish music and readings from James Joyce's epic novel Ulysses. Thank you, Brianna Guinazzo, Jamie Hannon, and Professor Patrick Meighan! Special thanks to Emmaline, the Dublin town librarian for her enthusiastic support.

Two Timberlane Regional High School seniors were selected for Momentum scholarships, awarded to them by MCC President Paul Beaudin at last week’s ceremony at Timberlane Performing Arts Center. We’re looking forward to welcoming Vincent and Shae-Lynn to MCC in the fall!

Today at Manchester Community College, we celebrated the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary War and the Declaration of Independence with the Americana 250 Exhibition, highlighting colonial history through the humanities, arts, and sciences.
The event also features performances of My Dearest Friend, a historical play about the lives and correspondence of John and Abigail Adams, taking place in Room 126 on the following dates and times:

Friday, June 12 at 7:00 PM
Saturday, June 13 at 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM
This free public event was made possible through funding from New Hampshire Humanities Collaborative and MCC’s Department of Social/Behavioral Sciences and Human Services.
