Pediatric Day Care Services for Medically Complex Children Services are provided to eligible children from birth to 6 yrs old.
Manchester Pediatric Medical Daycare provides a medically safe, curriculum oriented, developmentally and socially stimulating environment for children with special needs. In order to be eligible, a child must either be, technology dependent, or medically fragile, which includes a broad range of medical complexities, conditions, and disorders. Examples of qualifying conditions:
Asthma
Diabietes

2 administration
Hyperalimentation
Gastrostomy Tube
Tracheotomy
Ventilator Dependent
Genetic Disorders
Traumatic Brain Injury
Complications relating to Premature births
*Many other conditions do qualify*
We have a team of healthcare professionals that work in unison to create a unique care plan, for each child. Each plan is specially tailored to maximize development, and growth. Guided by your Primary Care Physician and driven by our Interdisciplinary Team, all facets of your child's growth are addressed. Our interdisciplinary team is comprised of a Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Social Worker, Child Life Specialist, Dietitian, and Pharmacist. All nursing staff are PAL (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified, and have decades of combined experience in Pediatric healthcare (many with extensive NICU and PICU experience). Each day in Manchester Pediatric Medical your child will experience:

A nutritious breakfast, hot lunch and snack. Transportation to and from your home, free of charge, to all families. Along with these services we have dedicated ourselves to educating families in our program, and in the community, on coping with and caring for children special needs. Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care is a licensed provider with the New Jersey Medicaid Program and is contracted with all major Managed Medicaid Organizations.

What a busy and exciting week we had!
ππ΄ββ οΈ We continued our Treasure Island theme with lots of fun adventures, celebrated National Watermelon Day with a sweet and refreshing treat, and enjoyed National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day with some yummy cookies! ππͺ

Last week we had fun learning all about animals that live in the pond! πΈ π’ π¦ The children explored different pond creatures, practiced recognizing their names, worked on counting skills, and learned about the letter T. We had so much fun learning through play and discovery!
