We are incredibly grateful for Michele Howell, our Literacy Coach at New Union, and Kristy Gaddis, our Math Coach. Every day, they make a meaningful difference by working closely with teachers, sharing their expertise, offering encouragement, and helping turn curriculum into engaging learning experiences for students.

Michele supports teachers as they build strong literacy skills and inspire students to become confident readers and writers. Kristy helps teachers deepen math instruction, strengthen problem-solving skills, and give students the confidence to persevere. Their guidance reaches far beyond lesson plans—it helps teachers grow and gives students more opportunities to succeed.

Michele and Kristy are trusted partners, thoughtful collaborators, and constant sources of support for our teachers and administration. Their dedication, kindness, and passion for education make our school a better place every day.

Happy National School Custodian Day to three very special members of Rebel Nation — Mr. Marcus, Mr. Don, and Mr. Gunner! ❤️

Every single day, these gentlemen work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our school is clean, welcoming, and a place we can all be proud to call home. Their hard work may not always be seen, but it is certainly felt throughout our halls.

The way our school looks reflects the pride we have in Rebel Nation, and Mr. Marcus, Mr. Don, and Mr. Gunner play such an important part in that. They do so much more than take care of our building — they take care of us and our school family.
