Congratulations to two of our members for putting their fitness to work this weekend:
🔹Isaac won second place overall this weekend at the Amoskeag Classic CrossFit competition!
🔹Coach Shannon came in 2nd place for her age group at the Spartan Race this past weekend and didn’t have to do one single burpee!
We are so proud of you both. Make sure to congratulate them when you see them in the gym this week! 🎉

Everyone loves a good box squat day! Box squats help build our posterior chain and can even help get past that sticking point. Rod’s moving some heavy box squat weight!
