We have a big race prep weekend at Rush! Saturday will be our Killington practice race to get you fully ready for race day and Sunday will be your last chance to get a Deka time trial in with the gym set up the exact way it will be on race day the following weekend! It was a hot and humid night at the Elliot Delta dental 5K with Team Rush last Thursday! Millennium Running put on an amazing race as usual and we had a great time with a few of us hitting PRs as well! Thanks to everyone who was part of the team and to all of those stopped by our tent. We can't wait for the next one!

We had another great day at DEKA Fit Boston Sunday and placed 1st in our age group and 4th overall including elite in 4 person co-ed teams! Great job to Renee Dell Kristen Mann and Connor Fahie and thanks so much for being part of the Rush Team!

Yesterday in Boston Team Rush competed in our first Deka Fit event and surprised ourselves with a first place finish in our age group! Now onto Sunday's 4 person team race!

Our first of 3 Killington focused Conquer the Course events will be this Saturday at 9am! We'll be focusing on getting those climbing muscles prepped along with some obstacle and grip practice to have you feeling more confident than ever going into the Killington Spartan Race this September! Some pictures from the Barre Spartan race a few weekends ago! We had a lot of fun cheering on Michelle Boulanger-Fraser Connor, Trevor, and Alec and more friends who all had impressive finishes and congrats to Gary Oram on first overall in age group both days and Renee for being 2 for 2 on podiums in age group!
