Back-to-School Tech Reset!

Summer flex-time is officially over!

Is your middle schooler’s tech routine ready for school? 🎒📱⚡
Moving from laid-back summer days to early alarm clocks and nightly homework is a huge shift. If summer screen habits creep into the school year, it usually leads to bedtime battles, tired mornings, and distraction during study time.

The good news? You don't have to start from scratch! Keeping your healthy summer tech habits in place, and tweaking them for the school schedule, will set your middle schooler up for an incredible year.

Here’s how to gear up without the drama:
🗓️ Lock In Daily Routines:
Set firm, screen-free windows for homework and establish a hard shutdown time on weeknights so sleep stays a priority.

🔌 Fortify "Tech-Free Zones":
Keep nightstand charging off-limits! Centralized charging stations keep late-night scrolling from stealing much-needed rest.

🔒 Re-Check Parental Controls:
Update your app limits to separate "school focus time" from "play time," and make sure content filters align with the new school year.

Consistency now = way less stress later. 💡
