ECE Shared Resources is a collaborative effort among multiple states and is managed by CCA Global Partners, the nation’s leader in co-operative business management. ECE Shared Resources is specifically designed to help child care center directors, family care providers and teachers manage their programs. Childcare leaders in sponsoring states tap expertise in their networks to identify needs and best practices. augments sponsor research, 2. documents practices in handbooks, policies, forms and procedures, 3. formats them in templates in Microsoft Word and Excel and 4. posts them to ECE Shared Resources so that all can share. Program directors can then download and customize them to reflect their own programs. Access to ECE Shared Resources is through membership fees paid by sponsoring organizations. Associations, organizations or government agencies pay a fee to sponsor ECE Shared Resources. They in turn offer password access to their members for a fee or as a membership benefit in their organization. ECE Shared Resources was made possible through a generous grant from CCA Global Partners, Inc. ECE Shared Resources is one of the initiatives CCA undertook in response to Aspen Institute inquiries to assist the nonprofit sector with its challenge of scale. The Aspen Institute turned to CCA because CCA Global has a solid history and track record in helping independent organizations achieve the benefits of scale while maintaining their independence.
