All the students and staff got together to show Mrs. Juneau some love this week before her retirement, dedicating a Buddy Bench in her honor! It’s meant to be a tangible way to befriend others during play.

Bakersville Families,

Due to the extreme heat predicted by tomorrow afternoon, we are going to move the grades 1 and Kindergarten field day activities to Monday afternoon, when it is predicted to be safer and more comfortable weather.

So grades 2, 3, and 4 will still have field day tomorrow morning, and we will have tents out for shade and water stations.

For their field day: Please remember to send your child in clothes they don't mind possibly getting wet and/or a change of clothes, have them wear sneakers and bring a water bottle!
