✨ Staff Member of the Year ✨
We are proud to celebrate Siri Dabbi, this year’s recipient of the Dr. Constance B. Richards Staff Member of the Year Award, an honor overwhelmingly chosen by the student body.
Known for her warm introduction, “Hi, I’m Siri, like the phone,” she quickly becomes so much more to everyone she meets. Students describe her as intelligent, kind, dependable, empathetic, and genuinely caring.
From organizing creative campus events to leading meaningful conversations around diversity and inclusion, Siri brings compassion, honesty, and respect into everything she does. Whether she’s hosting workshops, supporting students, or even making time to pet every dog on campus, her impact is felt across the entire community.
Her ability to connect with others and help them grow into their best selves is truly unmatched, and yes, she’s also a force on the pickleball court and has the best British accent around 😉
Congratulations, Siri, and thank you for everything you do for our community! 💛
