The past few weeks have been a joyous reminder of everything Maple Street brings to our students, and everything our students bring to Maple Street each day.

They’ve made new friends, tried new things, headed out on field trips, explored new subjects, gotten lost in great books, spent time outdoors, and joined new teams. It’s been fast-paced, joyful, and full of discovery.

We’re so grateful for the energy and enthusiasm our students bring each day, and for the families and community who make it all possible. Go Moose! 💜🫎

☀️💜 Yesterday was just about the perfect afternoon at Maple Street!

We welcomed our first home games of the season, with our 5th/6th Grade and 7th/8th Grade boys teams taking on Equinox Valley Middle School ⚽️

The sun was shining, all the teams played brilliantly, and we were lucky enough to walk away with two wins! 🎉🫎

Even better was seeing the sidelines filled with families, students, young Moose, alumni, and plenty of enthusiastic cheerleaders. 💜

A beautiful fall afternoon, a great day for Maple Street, and a pretty wonderful day to be in Vermont. Lucky us. 🍁☀️

💜🫎 The first week at Maple Street is full of traditions, firsts, and new beginnings!

From first recesses and first handshakes to Upper School hikes, parent coffee mornings, PA meetings, and so much more, our campus has been busy, joyful, and full of energy. 💜

☁️💜 A few clouds could never dampen the excitement of the first day of school at Maple Street!

Today our campus came back to life with familiar faces, new beginnings, plenty of smiles, and the unmistakable energy of our Maple Street community together again. ✨📚

The doors are officially open on the 2026–27 school year, and we couldn’t be more excited for all that lies ahead. Here we go, Maple Street! 🌈🙌

Tomorrow is the first day of Maple Street School’s 2026–27 school year, and we cannot wait to welcome everyone back to campus! ✨✨

We also know the first day can come with a few butterflies, especially for our littlest learners who may be heading to school for the very first time. Luckily, we have some extra paws on hand this year. 🐾

Many of you already know and love Otis, our wonderful Learning Center therapy dog. This year, we’re very excited to introduce the newest (and possibly cutest) member of the Maple Street team: Oakley! 🐶💜

Oakley is Otis’s grandson, and while he may be new to the job, he’s already taking his responsibilities very seriously: wagging his tail, making friends, and providing plenty of first-day smiles.

So whether tomorrow brings big excitement, a few nerves, or a little bit of both, Oakley and Otis will be here to help make Maple Street feel like home. We can’t wait to see you tomorrow! 💜🎒

🌟 Meet our new and familiar faces at Maple Street! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Erica and Rebecca to the Maple Street School team, and to celebrate Ryan, a familiar face stepping into a big role this year. As our Director of Facilities, Ryan will be helping manage the day-to-day logistics of our campus extension and expansion while keeping everything running smoothly across the school.

🌈🏃‍♂️☀️🌧️ Maple Street Field Day had it all!

There was spirited competition, teamwork, laughter, and plenty of school pride as students spent the day running, cheering, playing, and celebrating together. From sunshine to passing showers, the weather kept us on our toes, but nothing could dampen the energy and enthusiasm on display.

With every color of the rainbow represented, students showed what makes our community so special: respect, responsibility, resilience, and kindness in action. Whether racing across the field, encouraging teammates, or simply enjoying time together outdoors, it was a day filled with joy, connection, and unforgettable memories.

A huge thank you to our faculty, staff, and students for making Field Day such a success! 💜💚💙💛❤️
