This week, we wrapped up Vegetable Week with a fun tasting activity in our classroom! 🥕🥦 The children were so excited to explore different vegetables—some crunchy, some soft, and all colorful! We talked about their shapes, colors, and even their superpowers for keeping us healthy and strong.Each child had a chance to try small bites of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, celery, lettuce, bell peppers, etc. It was so heartwarming to see their curious faces, some taking brave bites for the very first time! We celebrated every taste, whether they loved it or made a funny face.It was a wonderful way to encourage healthy eating and end our week with lots of smiles and new favorites!
