✨ Big things are happening at Nature Pod! ✨

We’re so excited to share that our community is growing.

Alongside Nature Pod: The Garden, our beloved lower elementary campus, we now have Nature Pod: The Grove — a beautiful new space for our upper elementary and middle school students, connected to The Garden by our nature trail.

We’ve been busy transforming this space into a cozy, inspiring environment for learning, collaboration, and creativity. We can’t wait to watch our students grow here while remaining one connected school community.

🌿🎭 What a way to end the school year!

For this year’s performance of The Great Kapok Tree, our students transformed the Nature Trail into a rainforest. Families began the experience by walking through the woods, greeted by rainforest creatures and sounds along the way before arriving at the outdoor stage for the play.

From memorizing lines and rehearsing scenes to creating props and costumes, our students poured so much creativity and effort into this production. Through the process, they practiced public speaking, teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and confidence—all while exploring the important themes of environmental stewardship, interconnectedness, and caring for the natural world.

The end-of-year play has become one of our favorite Nature Pod traditions, and this group absolutely knocked it out of the park! 💚

We’re excited to share that Nature Pod Homeschool is now officially listed as an approved provider through the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program. 🌿

As an accredited nonprofit microschool serving Kinder–8th grade, this creates an opportunity for more families in our community to access Nature Pod’s small-group, hands-on, nature-based education.

For qualifying families, TEFA funding may provide full tuition coverage.

If you’ve been interested in Nature Pod but felt it may not be financially accessible for your family, we’d love to connect and help answer questions. 💛
