Legacy. ❤️🏀

This season has been about so much more than basketball.

As we honor our seniors, Rylee and Abby, we celebrate the legacy they leave behind in our program. Your leadership, grit, and heart have shaped this team in ways that go far beyond the scoreboard. You’ve set the standard for what it means to compete with class, to lift up teammates, and to represent our school community with pride. You have demonstrated what it means to wear this jersey with purpose.

Legacy is also built by the people standing just outside the spotlight.

To our coaches: thank you for the countless hours, the steady encouragement, and the belief you pour into these athletes every single day. To our families and fans: thank you for the rides, the meals, the late nights, the pep talks, and for showing up in the stands. Your support is essential for success.

And this season, more than ever, we play with full hearts as we dedicate it to Coach Terry Johnson. Coach Johnson’s sudden passing left a space that can never truly be filled, but his impact is everywhere. In the discipline. In the way people show up for one another. And, of course, in humor. His legacy lives on in every practice, every hard-fought possession, every dance move, or horse race.

Legacy isn’t just about wins and losses.
It’s about character. Commitment. Community.

Rylee and Abby, thank you for the indelible mark you’ve left.
Coach Johnson, we carry you with us.

Make plans to attend the "Manawa Think Pink" rock the gym night on February 6th! In addition to basket raffles and a bake sale to raise money for the American Cancer Society, we will have a "Teddy Bear Toss" to collect new teddy bears for children in crisis.
