Our CARE Learning Framework is designed to transform how we think about learning—across schools, communities, and lifelong education.
We know our current systems of standards and assessments aren’t fully meeting the needs of today’s learners—or tomorrow’s world. But meaningful change requires collaboration, creativity, and honest conversation across families, educators, and communities.
So we ask:
What should we truly be learning?
How should learners collaborate and demonstrate growth?
What do individuals and communities actually need to thrive?
What is the real purpose of education?
These are not easy questions. But for years, CARE has been researching, piloting, and building toward answers.
The CARE Learning Framework provides a clear through-line for human learning—grounded in emotional intelligence, creativity, scholarship, practical skills, and real-world application. Through collaborative, project-based experiences, learners create, contribute, and grow in meaningful ways.
This is already happening. CARE learners are designing projects, presenting their work, building skills, and engaging with their communities in ways traditional models often don’t allow.
We’re ready to bring more people together to build what comes next.
If you believe learning can be better, join us.
