Two year olds are my absolute favorite age! So much love and sweetness, mixed in with no way to regulate all of the world’s experiences.

Age two is the sweetest kind of hard.

It’s sticky fingers holding your face saying,
“love you, mama,” right before a meltdown because you gave them the wrong color cup.
It’s hearing the cutest little voice sing their favorite song while you’re silently counting to
ten trying not to lose your patience.

It’s kisses, giggles, and tiny “I do it myselfs” mixed with tears, big emotions, and exhaustion theirs and yours.
Two is where your heart melts and breaks a
little every day.

It’s where the sweetness softens the chaos.
It’s where the hard parts remind you just
how deeply you love this little human you’re
raising💞

What a great week! We are just finishing up “Apple” week at LSB, and it’s been filled with wonderful activities to include apple cutting, apple tasting, and making applesauce.

Today we had our Sneak Peek welcoming all of our children and parents in to meet teachers and see their classrooms.
Tomorrow is the big day… our first day back after a summer filled with blessings!
