As we celebrate nine incredible years of leadership, we recognize that the shirts were never really about the shirts.
Each message became a lesson. Each lesson became a value. And those values became part of who we are because of your leadership.

You showed us that kindness is not weakness. It is the foundation of a strong community and the way we treat one another when no one is watching.

You reminded us to find joy in our work, celebrate successes, laugh often, and create memories that make school a place people want to be.

You demonstrated courage during difficult moments, making decisions rooted in what was right for children, even when the path forward was not easy.

You encouraged us to believe in ourselves, our students, and our school community, helping us recognize the difference we make every day.

Today, as we say goodbye, we realize these lessons were never just words on a shirt. They were values modeled through your actions, decisions, and daily leadership.

What an incredible first day back with teachers. We started with a little fun while we tossed some “fish” then got right to business setting the stage for our work this year.

What a wonderful evening at our PTO Family Fun Night!

Sometimes the best memories come from the simplest moments—students laughing and playing together, families connecting, and our school community enjoying time with one another. No big vendors, no extravagant attractions—just good old-fashioned fun, conversation, and togetherness.

Thank you to our amazing PTO for creating a night that reminded us what school community is all about. Seeing our students build friendships outside the classroom and our families share smiles and laughter made the evening truly special.

These are the moments that make our school feel like home. ❤️

Facilitating lesson study is a powerful reminder that growth doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in collaboration. Watching educators come together to plan, observe, reflect, and refine their practice is where real transformation begins.

As a facilitator, I’ve seen how intentional dialogue and shared inquiry turn everyday lessons into opportunities for deep learning—for both students and teachers. The impact goes far beyond a single classroom; it builds a culture of continuous improvement.

This is the power of lesson study: collective expertise in action.
