In this video, we are training one of the most fundamental and effective submissions from the mount position: the Americana lock.
While it is considered a basic technique, it remains one of the most efficient submissions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu when applied with proper control, timing, and technique. Mastering the fundamentals is what builds a strong foundation and creates success at every level of training.
