A Day in the Life | Vol. 1 🌿

I've been struggling with social media. Overthinking. Waiting for the "perfect" content. Today I listened to Maxwell Leadership's podcast on what people misunderstand about success, and this hit me:

So here's my next step. A Saturday in the life of Transforming Life with Heidi:

I was five years old when I started assigning Winnie the Pooh characters to my family. Tigger grandma. Eeyore grandma. Piglet me.

I didn't know I was doing behavioral science. I just knew people felt different from each other.

Thirty years later, I learned about DISC, and realized I'd been reading communication styles my whole life.

I wrote about the moment it all clicked, and why it matters for every team that's ever had "a people problem" that wasn't really about people at all.
