Always looking for the next challenge! 🥋

Our instructors spend every day encouraging their students to work hard, keep learning, and push themselves to be better — and that doesn’t stop when they become instructors.

Miss Catana has spent the last few weeks doing exactly that: getting back on the competition floor, challenging herself at high levels of competition, and continuing to grow as a martial artist.
