This month we’ll also be incorporating self-defense scenarios, so please bring “wear and tear” street clothes (old clothes you don’t mind getting pulled on) for selected sparring and skills sessions.

PJ is a seasoned black belt, ADCC referee, professional grappler, coach, and mentor who’s spent years deep in the competition and submission grappling scene. He currently serves as PGF & Subversiv CJJ Head Referee and works as a Ref/Judge/Inspector for Cammo MMA under Herb Dean.

This seminar is for anyone wanting to sharpen their cradle game, level up their pressure, and train with someone who lives and breathes high-level grappling.
