May is Mental Health Awareness Month and our Spring schedule is in full swing to support your wellbeing.
This month we resume regular weekly meditation sessions with Cheryl Petersen and qigong with . We are also pleased to welcome home who will be offering classes on Tuesday and Thursday late afternoons/early evenings.
