I am so excited and honored to announce that I will be teaching a great class through The Center for Continuing Education in Mamaroneck. They have a gorgeous commercial facility for this partial hands-on event and these are some of the easiest and most delicious dishes. We will be making my "famous" shortcut risotto base topped with a creamy and fresh spring pea pesto followed by a decadent toffee tiramisu - perfection for any spring fling! Hope to see you there!
