Meet Crosby: a four-year-old Golden Retriever from Giving Retriever! Crosby and his trainer Nina visited Daniel Warren and F.E. Bellows recently.

We are so excited to continue our work with Giving Retriever this year and the opportunity to expand the program down to our elementary schools.

During Crosby's visits, students will work in small groups, by class, to help train him while getting practical experience with life skills such as patience, cooperation and teamwork.

The Classroom Enrichment program also serves as a wellness opportunity for students and staff. Therapy dogs have been researched and found impactful in alleviating the effects of academic-related stress as well as improvements in their social-emotional skill development.

held its National Honor Society induction ceremony on Tuesday night. Candidacy is based on scholarship by maintaining a three-year average of 90% or higher; active service to the community; strength of character; and potential for leadership.

We were pleased to recommend 62 seniors for membership this year. Additionally, 56 juniors were recognized for their academic excellence, with confidence that they will continue in their dedicated, scholarly habits.
