🍻 Join Us for Insurance Wars! 🏆

The North Central Florida CPCU Society is hosting our 11th annual "Insurance Wars!" event on Monday, September 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at First Magnitude Brewing Company in Gainesville!

This once a year gathering brings together local insurance professionals for networking and fun. We'll enjoy dinner, and play some fun games (nothing insurance-related, we promise!). Food is on us, drinks are on you.

Teams compete for glory and a spot on our traveling trophy. Last year we had over 50 attendees, and we hope for even more this year!

🎲 Las Vegas is calling, and so is your professional development!

In2Risk 2026, the CPCU Society's annual meeting and CPCU Conferment celebration, is coming up October 19-21 in Las Vegas — and early bird registration is open NOW through August 28.

This is three days of peer-led education, meaningful networking, and conversations focused on the issues shaping our industry, including AI and technology, cyber risk, climate and catastrophe, legal trends, underwriting, claims, and more.

The event closes with a keynote from Colin O'Brady — explorer, entrepreneur, and New York Times bestselling author — known for completing the first solo, unsupported crossing of Antarctica. His message of resilience and peak performance is one you won't want to miss.

And of course, In2Risk is home to the CPCU Conferment ceremony, one of the most meaningful traditions in our profession. If you or someone you know is earning their CPCU this year, this is the place to celebrate it.

What is the In2Risk Student Program? The In2Risk Student Engagement Program brings high-achieving college juniors and seniors to In2Risk 2026 (October 19-21 in Las Vegas) for an immersive experience focused on professional development, networking, and industry education. Students will connect with peers and industry leaders, attend educational sessions on emerging topics, and engage with the CPCU Society community.
Scholarship Benefits

Up to 25 students will receive complimentary registration to In2Risk 2026, complimentary hotel accommodations during the event, and a travel stipend.
Eligibility Highlights

Applicants must be a full-time junior or senior during the 2026-2027 academic year, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate interest in a career in insurance and risk management, and commit to attending the full In2Risk event, October 19-21, 2026.

Students who are not selected for a scholarship are still encouraged to attend In2Risk. A discounted student registration rate of $439 is available, providing access to the conference and all student program activities, including networking and educational opportunities.

Important Account Update from the CPCU Society:

To improve your member experience, we’re updating the CPCU Society account login process. On Wednesday, May 13, all members will receive an email with instructions and a secure link to reset their password and access their account. This process should only take a few minutes to complete.

Going forward, your CPCU Society login will be separate from your Institutes' login. Changes made to one will not apply to the other. Your CPCU Society account will continue to provide seamless access to INteract, our online community. We appreciate your patience and support during this transition.
