Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-session course to support caregivers by enhancing self-care behaviors, examining ways to manage emotions, encouraging self-efficacy, and promoting the use of community resources.

Each session is customized with interactive lessons to equip family caregivers with the tools needed to take care of themselves while taking care of someone else. Thank you to the Malvern150 and Mayor Brenda J Weldon for asking us to bring the 4-H Pancake Breakfast in to kickoff the celebration yesterday.

Our 4-Hers are so grateful for the support and visiting with community members.

Thank you to everyone for making it such a successful event. Proceeds will help send 4-H members to camps, conferences, and competitive events. We couldn’t do it without everyone!
