Brennan is the 7th recent hire by Dekalb Fire that has been part of a CET program and the 5th from KEC!!

This morning’s random commute thoughts. “If you want something done right, do it yourself” doesn’t work.

We have all heard the saying a thousand times but what kind of leadership is that? All you’re accomplishing to doing it yourself so it’s done right is one job done right one time. As allowed to teaching and empowering others to do it right results in the job being done right for years to come. It also frees the ladder up to do other things.

In other words, it’s a win win for the leadership.
