📚 Step Back in Time at Rock Hollow School! 🏫

Tucked away in Malta, Ohio, Rock Hollow School is a beautifully preserved one-room schoolhouse with a rich history dating back to 1877. Once nestled in a wooded ravine near Ringgold, this school served local children in grades 1–8 until its closure in 1934.
Thanks to the dedication of the Morgan County Historical Society, the building was lovingly restored and relocated to Malta in 1991—where it now stands as a local treasure right next to the Morgan County Dungeon!

The sharing of a lifetime of memories and wisdom between 15 year old Ari Stevens and 93 year old Mary Newsom today was a beautiful thing to behold. They bonded of cheerleading and the Chesterhill fireman’s festival. You can find both of these ladies at the festival tonight celebrating their town and now their new friendship.
