Such an amazing day!
Every March, our entire TLC Inc. family comes together for Staff Development Day—a day filled with learning, connection, and celebration. We take this time to recognize each individual and honor their hard work with special awards.
Being an educator is more than just a job. It’s a commitment that never truly ends. Our teachers constantly think about their classrooms, students, and families. They give their all—mentally, physically, and emotionally—every single day.
And yet, they keep showing up.
We see you. We appreciate you. And we can’t thank you enough for the love and passion you pour into our children and families daily. ❤️

It takes an incredible individual to dedicate themselves to years in Early Childhood Education. This is not just a job—it is a commitment to shaping the future. They have chosen to stay, to grow, and to invest in the lives of these children, providing them with skills, love, and opportunities that some may never have without them.
It would be easy to walk away, to find something less challenging or more financially rewarding, but the real cost of leaving would be to the children who need you. Your daily and yearly efforts are a testament to the amazing person you all are and the difference you make in this world.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your dedication, your passion, and your belief in these kids. You are changing lives! 💙👏✨

🏆 The Golden Broom Award 🏆
We are proud to present our newest award: The Golden Broom Award!
This award is given to individuals who take pride in their space, ensuring their classrooms are not just clean but above and beyond our expectations. They are the ones who consistently sanitize, organize, and deep-clean—not because they have to, but because they truly care about the well-being of our children and staff.
From wiping down every surface to disinfecting toys, from sweeping up every last crumb to ensuring every classroom item is spotless and in its place, they are the reason their spaces always look, feel, and smell fresh! Their commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment is essential in preventing the spread of illness, and they take that responsibility seriously.
They go above and beyond, often staying late or coming in early to make sure their classrooms are ready for the next day. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed—we see the extra effort, the attention to detail, and the passion they put into keeping TLC a safe, healthy, and welcoming place for everyone.
We are so grateful for their hard work and commitment to cleanliness, and we are thrilled to recognize them with this award.

🏆Malone Educators of the Year – A Team Award 🏆
This year, our Malone Educator of the Year Award is not going to just one person—but to two incredible individuals who embody the true meaning of teamwork.
We simply couldn’t choose one over the other because together, they showcase what it means to be a strong, unified team. Every day, they show up with positive attitudes, unwavering dedication, and a deep commitment to the children in their care. No matter what challenges they may be facing outside of work, they put on happy faces and ensure their classroom remains a safe, consistent, and nurturing space.
They work seamlessly together—sharing tasks equally, collaborating on lesson plans, and creating an environment where learning and growth thrive. They never raise their voices, instead leading with patience, kindness, and understanding. Their bond is so strong that they could probably finish each other’s sentences!
What makes them truly special is their ability to see the needs of every child. When a child requires a little extra love and attention, they don’t hesitate to go the extra mile—ensuring that child’s day is turned around. They don’t just do their job; they make a difference in the lives of the children and families they serve.
Even more impressively, they handle challenges independently and effectively, rarely needing to escalate issues to higher management because they take initiative and find solutions together.
Their teamwork, dedication, and passion make them irreplaceable, and we are beyond grateful to have them as part of our TLC family.
Congratulations to our Malone Educators of the Year Miss Hana & Miss Madi!! 🎉👏💙
Congratulations to all of our award winners! Each of you has worked so hard, and we are beyond proud to recognize your dedication, passion, and commitment to TLC2.
But beyond the awards, we want to take a moment to acknowledge each and every one of our educators. They are what makes this center so special. We are a team. We lift each other up, support one another, and grow together—not just as educators, but as individuals. Watching their personal and professional growth has been incredible, and we truly see them all as family.
We cannot wait to see all that they accomplish in the next year, and we are so grateful to have such an amazing team by our side.
