Salemwood School PTO

The Malden Recreation Department and The Great Malden Outdoors have launched a massive opportunity to teach 240 kids from Malden how to ride a bike for just $5 at the Linden STEAM Academy starting on July 16th through August 15th.

We need your help to make sure that none of these spots go to waste and extra attention is spent on families in need who could really use this opportunity, as an FYI this class normally costs $99 from REI! We've also secured funding and support to provide bicycles to children who don't own one and can't afford one. This program and The Great Malden Outdoors were designed to be as equitable as possible for the families of Malden.

Join the City of Malden for their FREE annual Malden Bicycle Fair on Saturday, May 6pm, 10am-1pm at Ferryway School! There will be tons of activities for the whole family. We are so excited to invite families back into the school for our Back to School night tomorrow. You are able to meet your child/children's teacher, see the classroom, hear about what is happening this year and ask questions.
Back to School night is from 6:00-7:30pm, and we ask all families to enter through the K-4 office.
We will have a table of Salemwood items to sell:
a Shark backpack for $15
a Salemwood refillable water bottle $3
a Salemwood shark t-shirt $5 (sizes youth Medium-XLarge and adult sizes Small-3XL)
This table will be in the K-4 lobby. See pictures of each item.
