Rock on! Check out what the kids at MAP Afterschool made yesterday! We are reminded again and again how creative the kids are, and we feel honored to give the kids the space, time, resources, and mentorship to further develop their creativity .

Did you know? Participating in painting activities is extremely advantageous for children, supporting the growth of their emotional expression. Painting offers children a secure, creative means to convey feelings.

School has started, and that means that MAP Afterschool has too! The kids and teachers have already started creating and learning awesome things during our daily activities. On Wednesday, our music teachers performed violin for the students, on Thursday, the kids began their journey into computer programming, and today they're creating and playing games for STEAM.

Here's some magical moments from MAP Summer Workshops. For our first week, themed "Tokyo, Japan", we learned some Japanese words, learned Japanese games, visited the Japan House at the Children's Museum, and even learned a song in Japanese!
