I had the chance to dive deeper into Avazzia’s Biofeedback Technology, a tool that stands out above the rest.

WOW, that feels good Wednesday! 🙌

Feeling pain in your heel or the bottom of your foot? This could be plantar fasciitis—an inflammation in the tissue connecting your toes to your heels. Here’s a quick and easy way to release the tight muscles that could be contributing to the pain:

1️⃣ Place a ball behind your calf, just below the knee.
2️⃣ Cross your leg over the other and hold for 4 breaths.
3️⃣ Slowly flex your foot away as far as you can, then flex it back toward you, as far as you can.
4️⃣ Move the ball a few inches lower down your calf and repeat.

Continue until you reach your Achilles tendon. Once done, finish with 5-8 gentle side steps, focusing on pressing the whole foot into the floor.

Pro Tip: Do this routine at least once a day, and before any activity like walking or sports. Consistency is key for long-term relief! 💪
