Wondering what exactly "Orton-Gillingham" is? Instead of just memorizing whole words, we teach kids how language works at its core.
👁️ Visual: We look at the letters.
👂 Auditory: We say the sounds.
👐 Kinesthetic: We trace and feel the letter movements!
This multi-pathway approach helps students with dyslexia and struggling readers truly decode, rather than guess.
At Engage the Brain, our Learning Specialists have completed the coursework for Orton Gillingham training to support students in reading and spelling intervention. It is an individualized approach to help students with or without learning differences.
