Jason left a successful engineering career to pursue his passion for mental health, and that decision continues to impact countless lives. Now a licensed psychotherapist, he brings precision, depth, and a big heart into his work.

He combines analytical thinking with genuine compassion, helping people navigate change with clarity and care. His leadership reflects integrity, curiosity, and a deep respect for the human experience.

Grateful for a magical P3 weekend! ✨💙

A BIG welcome to our newest P3 grads. Special thanks to our instructors, Josh Magro and Claudia Dow, our Center Director and DJ extraordinaire Denise McCarty, Associate Center Directors Jasmine Massey and Zach Walker, Emily Valdez and Danny Tan for welcoming us into a beautiful new space - Spazio Co-Working Space, and most especially, thank you to the incredible assistants who helped create such a powerful weekend.

Today we celebrate Claudia Dow, a powerful example of what’s possible on the other side of pain.

Claudia has curated a life rooted in joy, healing, and authenticity. She has pushed through difficult chapters with courage and intention, and now lives in alignment with what truly matters to her. Her leadership reflects resilience, honesty, and deep self-trust.

She reminds us that it’s possible to choose joy again, to build healthy relationships, and to create a life that feels nourishing and true.

For over 20 years, The Limitless Institute has hosted live personal growth workshops, retreats, and trainings, primarily around Central Florida.

We are deeply proud of the impact these live experiences have made. And now, for the first time, we are bringing a piece of this work online as a stepping stone for those who may live farther away, feel curious about the work, or simply need a place to begin.

We are excited to share 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬𝟭, our first free online course inside the Limitless Community in Circle.

This course helps explain why unwanted patterns keep repeating in our lives, even when we are genuinely trying our best to change.

Because when the same pattern keeps showing up again and again, there is likely more happening beneath the surface than willpower alone can reach.

A huge thank you to Gage Eggleston for helping us bring this incredible course to life.

We have been migrating from Facebook into a dedicated community app called Circle. With over 150 members already inside, we are now opening the space to workshop graduates, friends, family, and anyone interested in personal growth, emotional healing, and meaningful community.

If you are curious about the work we do, this is a beautiful place to begin.

Today we celebrate Kimberly Bolton, a leader who, despite sharing a birthday with another beloved instructor, deserves her own spotlight.

In addition to leading transformative experiences, Kimberly is building her business in Jacksonville and courageously following her dreams. She leads by example, showing what it looks like to trust yourself, take risks, and keep moving forward even when it’s uncomfortable.

Her work is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human. She brings clarity, compassion, and strength into every space she enters.

Happy Birthday to Dan Chancellor, one of our superstar instructors and a cornerstone of both P3 and Camp Lionheart.

Dan brings humor, wit, and heart into everything he does. He has a gift for helping people feel at ease while still inviting real depth and accountability. Whether he’s working with adults in P3 or teens at Camp, he shows up fully invested in helping people become the best versions of themselves.

Dan leads by example and has built a life aligned with his values. He recently married the love of his life and shows up as a devoted father to and a steady presence for the teens he mentors.

Dan, thank you for your laughter, your leadership, and your genuine care for others. This community is better because of you. Happy Birthday. 🎂
