I am a rising senior at Maggie Walker, and my passions include playing jazz, cutting hair, and music production. Hi everyone! My name is Mihir Pokhriyal and this is my first year as a Project Engage director! I go to Mills E. Godwin High School and I really enjoy studying sciences like biology and chemistry. Some fun facts are that I play the trumpet in the school band and all-district band, and also like playing tennis and racket sports on the side. In the future, I aim at pursuing medicine or a field in science and currently enjoy presenting research at various science fairs. I’m very excited to join this team and look forward to classes and workshops for a great Project Engage summer!

Hello! My name is Ish*ta and this will be my second year as a project engagement director! I am a rising senior at Douglas S. Freeman High School and my favorite classes are chemistry ethics. During the school year I spend my time baton twirling with my school's marching band and competing on the debate team, and over the summer I enjoy catching up on reading and hanging out with my friends! A fun fact about me is that my birthday is on Christmas and that I am bi-lingual. I am thrilled to get classes and workshops up and running this summer, and can’t wait to meet more of our amazing students!
