A quick studio update ✨

As our community continues to grow, we’ve updated a few studio policies effective June 1, 2026. These updates help us ensure classes run smoothly and allow us to continue providing the best possible experience for every member.

So much goes into formatting a class — the structure, BPM, transitions, timing — to name a few. We’re constantly evaluating our classes and delivery to ensure we’re aligned as a team and offering you the best experience possible ✨

Our Step format needed a little TLC, so beginning June 3 we’ll be introducing a refreshed version of the class, with more opportunities for strengthening and a refined flow that allows you to move with more confidence 🫶🏻 (new Step instructors coming soon too !!)

We’d love for you to experience this refreshed Step experience. Join us for a complimentary class on Wednesday, June 3rd at 9:30 AM (45 min) followed by a complimentary iced coffee 🧊
