ATTENTION ALD inductees from 2015-2016! Honors cords are now available for purchase to wear for Arching and Commencement!

Cords are $10 each (payable by cash or check) and can be picked up from Meghan's office, D-210. Typically available 8am-4pm but will hold the following hours specifically to ensure you are able to purchase:
Wednesday, 4/10, 1pm-4pm
Thursday, 4/11, 9am-12pm
Friday, 4/12, 1pm-4pm

Invitations are being sent today for our 2018-2019 inductees! Be sure to accept your invitation before March 23rd!

The deadline to accept new member invitations is this Friday, March 23rd! Don't miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity.

The ALD executive board election for the Class of 2020 has begun! Everyone who accepted their ALD invite should have received a ballot. Be sure to cast your vote between now and Monday, March 27th at 9am!

We are still looking for more candidates to run in the ALD election for the following positions:

Webmaster: Keep orgsync page updated. Approve new members. Upload photos of eboard and photos from other events; update list of graduating members.

Historian-Create scrap book with record of activities. Collect photos and other documentation from all meetings and events for the scrapbook.

If you'd like to run, send a one paragraph platform statement explaining your interest and qualifications in the position to [email protected]. All candidates must submit bios by no later than Friday, March 17th at 11:59pm.

The election will commence electronically on March 20th and winners will be announced at the close of the election on Marc 27th. Note that winners must be ALD members who have accepted their invites and are available to attend the induction on April 1, 2017.

ALD Class of 2020!

Would you like to honor a faculty or professional staff member who went above and beyond the call of duty to help you and other students succeed in their first-year at Ramapo College? Then consider nominating them to become honorary members of Alpha Lambda Delta. New members are eligible to nominate faculty/staff to be recognized at the Induction Ceremony on April 1. 2017.

If you wish to nominate someone, please write a one-paragraph statement about how your faculty nominee has been a champion to you and other first-year students. Please send all nomination statements to [email protected]. Faculty inducted in previous years are ineligible.
