Congratulations to the Ethos String Quartet!

These four Ethos students just wrapped a week at the University of Houston Chamber Music Institute 2026, working with Moores School of Music faculty and special guest artists. Between daily coachings, studio classes, and listening labs, their growth over the week really showed - the faculty of the institute was very impressed!

Their gorgeous performances of Haydn and Mozart quartets in the final concert were a true highlight of the week that they should be very proud of! And beyond the music, they had an absolute blast soaking up everything the camp had to offer.

The Ethos String Quartet is part of our Ethos Junior Chamber Players initiative. Here's to these young musicians and all the music still ahead of them! 🎶

The Ethos Chamber Players Concert Series is here! We’re thrilled to open our Spring 2026 season with a Valentine’s-inspired chamber music experience, featuring Cernabella Duo—husband-and-wife musicians Ervin Luka Sešek and Amber Archibald-Sešek—joined by Khoren Ouzounian and Vyacheslav Dobrushkin.

Join us for a musical journey through some of the most timeless expressions of love and romance in music, setting the tone for the Valentine’s season in our beautiful, forest-surrounded venue.

We’re beyond excited to announce the first concert of our new Ethos Chamber Players series!

Dreams Transfigured, featuring music by Arnold Schoenberg and Rebecca Clarke, takes us on a journey through the spirit of transformation and the magic of dreams.

The performance will feature Konrad Rudowicz, Ethos faculty artist on violin and viola, joined by guest musicians Alona Khoptynets on piano and Ricardo Flores on cello.

Join us as we launch this new concert series and bring the masterworks of chamber music to our beautiful campus.

Tulgaa has been a student at Ethos School of the Arts under the tutelage of Khoren Ouzounian for over 6 years. He was the winner of the gold medal in this year’s Texas Music Teachers June Leondar Chamber Music Competition along with violinist, Saffi Ouzounian, student of Dr. Konrad Rudowicz.

The Arts in Full Color — happening this Saturday — is a one-of-a-kind, multidisciplinary celebration of our students’ and faculty’s hard work. Through dance, music, and visual art, they’ll explore color as a powerful language of emotion — bold, moving, and unforgettable.
